Motions
_______________________________________
• The motion of the assembly is determined by the movement of its parts.
There are dozens of movements discovered thus far
including rotary, cammed, linear and combinations.
Clockwise and counter-clockwise motions available at the same time.
• Jams, jolts or sudden stops of the assembly causes orbit rollers to continue spinning
in order to absorb any excess momentum, preventing damage.
• Flexible rollers can deform (eg. overloads) and still roll freely with no added friction
• The axis can be any roller
( SEE FIG.53 BELOW )
• Any roller(s) can be input/output shaft(s).
• No-slip precision allows for very exact movement.
( eg. Machining equipment, instruments, dials, gauges, valves, timers...)

• Scroller-Mechanics is a new type of mechanics that can perform
as 11 of the prior 24 "basic mechanisms of mechanics",
while offering many new options.

See Also: Functions .... belts are easy to store away.
